The Role

This firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ years PQE to join their busy Winchester office.

The close-knit team of 5 achieves good results by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect.

The workload will include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Real estate finance
• Development
• Lease extensions
  

The firm are looking for an individual with the drive and hunger to help build up the firm's workflow, strengthen existing relationships and provide a high-quality service on a long-term basis.

Requirements:

• You will Ideally have at least 3 years of PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE).
• Previous experience managing a commercial property caseload
• You will be ambitious and dynamic and keen to manage a busy caseload
