On the client roster, you will find commercial and residential property developers, investors, funders, occupiers, public sector bodies, major retailers, charities and private landowners making for a varied diet of work.

In addition to handling a variety of commercial property issues, this hire will have the chance to work in one of their areas of expertise, telecoms. The team, which only represents landowners, provides advice on matters such as the installation or removal of telecom masts, the renewal of mast agreements, the right to fibre/broadband cabling, and the right to update current equipment.
