This Top 50 international firm works with some of the country's largest organisations and is seeking a new Commercial Property Associate (3+PQE) to bolster their North-based department out of their Manchester office.

The Role

As a Commercial Property Associate, you will join a very well-regarded, Legal 500 ranked Real Estate team as an Associate in their Manchester office.

You will join a leading Healthcare Real Estate team working on a broad range of Commercial Property matters.

Within this role you will advise on:

• ICBs,
• NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts,
• primary care providers
• private healthcare companies,
• the team advises key national organisations including NHS England.

The team has a collaborative approach and boasts a national offering of 60+ lawyers. This will provide you with the unique experience of working closely alongside experts in their field throughout their northwest offices.
You will be given plenty of client responsibility and exposure but at the same time be part of a supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will be allocated to a senior member of the team for support and personal development, meaning you'll always be able to draw upon their experience. Ultimately, this is with a view to enhancing your own to get you to progress as a key member of the team.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Associate with roughly between 3-7 years of PQE
• Comfortable building relationships with clients and colleagues
• Be an ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to progress your career in one of the fastest-growing departments in the county
