The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the firms West End office.

You will work as part of a growing litigation team of 8 across the firms two offices.

The commercial department deals with an excellent quality of work across a multitude of sectors. You will deal with OMB, SME, National companies and HNW individuals. The work will be varied making for an interesting caseload.

• You will have the opportunity to get involved in client contact and business development activities
• You will work as part of a friendly, supportive and professional department
• The department currently has an influx of new litigation work coming in as well as being referred from the commercial / corporate team
• The work will include, but not be limited to; Company disputes, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, debt recovery, injunctions, IP disputes, professional negligence.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• The firm is open minded regarding the type of commercial litigation experience you might have
• You will have first-class communication skills
• You should be able to build relationships and develop business
• You will receive a leading remuneration package that is dependent and tailored to your level of experience and background
