The role:

Are you a Banking & Finance Associate 1+ years PQE looking to join a prestigious team undertaking top flight banking and finance work in the UK and internationally? If so, this Bristol team would like to hear from you.

This team is widely recognised for its representation of lenders and borrowers on complex, high value and high-profile financing transactions in the UK and internationally. They have also been involved with a number of high-profile transactions and restructurings across the market, including sustainable financings and green loans.

As a junior, you can expect a broad diet of work and exposure to international transactions, advising regularly on cross-border mandates and drafting a wide range of documents including credit agreements, intercreditor agreements and security paperwork.

The team is looking for someone who is technically gifted, commercially curious and outcome-oriented. In return, you can expect to be fully embedded into the full lifecycle of transactions and receive a large amount of exposure from the Partners.
