Associate - Insolvency

The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for an Insolvency Associate to join this top tiered City of London firm.

The team act on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including those involving fraud, across a wide range of sectors.

In this role you will advise on both formal and informal procedures including; administrations, CVAs, all forms of receivership, liquidation; Insolvency Act claims; trading claims and fraud; directors' duties; solvent and insolvent restructurings.

Within this role you will have a very high degree of autonomy and client involvement; you will be encouraged and supported in helping drive the business forward.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 1+ years PQE in with knowledge and experience in construction claims.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
