The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Global Loans Associate to join this top 15 law firm in London.

You will be acting on all elements of a financing from term sheet stage, through to closing and post-closing. Your specific areas of responsibility will be to draft and negotiate term sheets, security documents, intercreditor agreements and facilities agreements, ensuring a smooth process to transaction close.

Within this role the team are looking for a lawyer with proven experience in leveraged and acquisition finance related matters.

The cases managed by the team frequently involve an international component. Your typical responsibilities would include; drafting legal documents, developing precedent documents, advising clients, and negotiating with counterparts and leading calls.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 1-4 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
