The Role:

Within this role you will help clients with a variety of strategic transactions which include material regulated outsourcings, commercial partnerships, distribution and hybrid projects, capital driven transactions, risk mitigation transactions, and regulated business transfers.

• A qualified solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE.
