This Global Top 10 firm works on behalf of the most prestigious clients and institutions in the world and they are looking to expand their Energy Group with Corporate transactions Lawyer.

An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate, 2-6 years' PQE, to advance their career at one of the most prestigious and innovative firms in their Energy & Infrastructure Group.

The Role

  • The team advises a range of clients, including some of the world's largest corporations on their most strategic transactions.
  • Clients include significant international developers, sponsors, utilities, networks, funds, banks, corporates and industrials, oil & gas majors and government bodies.
  • This role involves a combination of project work (such as JOAs, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, crude/gas/LNG supply agreements, concessions, offshore services contracts etc) and M&A (SPA, APAs, Farm-out/in Agreements).
  • You will have experience working on various aspects of the project life cycle of an oil & gas and/or energy transition project.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE, with experience dealing with corporate transactions throughout the life cycle of energy projects.
  • The team operates with a client focus and responsive to clients is essential.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a large team environment is desired.
  • The firm looks for strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for the practice area.
