Associate - Corporate

This Magic Circle law firm is looking for a Corporate Lawyer with 2-6 years PQE, to join their Tier 1 ranked City of London team as an Associate.

The Role
Within this role you will be working on some of the world's largest and most complex M&A transactions. Providing a seamless integrated service across our network of offices and across different areas of expertise including public takeovers, private M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, rights issues & secondary issues and advisory work.
You will provide legal and commercial expertise predominantly on complex M&A transactions, large scale re-organisations and joint venture arrangements as well as corporate advisory work; across a wide range of sectors including financial services, CG&R (commercial goods & retail), healthcare, industrials, natural resources, real estate, aviation and technology.

Requirements

• Be an outstanding lawyer with 2-6 years PQE, and extensive experience in Corporate matters
• Good organisational skills and enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development. Utilise client focus initiatives and monitor service levels of client needs.
