The Role
Because the practice is expanding, the firm is looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their flourishing team in Shrewsbury.
The Clinical Negligence team are nationally recognized as one of the leading departments in the region, and deal with a range of work including misdiagnosis, late diagnosis, misinterpretation, failing to follow up on a test, cosmetic negligence, amongst many other areas.
You will be equipped with the skills and support to business develop, to manage a complex and very interesting case load across businesses and developments both large and small, and service a client base that has been cultivated from years of being a top Clinical Negligence department in the West Midlands region.

Requirements

You will take on a diverse and broad caseload of solely childcare matters both in legal aid and privately funded to include guardian work, parenting agreements, consent orders, child arrangement orders, prohibited step orders and specific issue orders
