The firm already has an established Employment department with a presence across the North West, and an abundance of work. They are now looking to expand this into one of their Lancashire-based offices to better service the local, unexploited market. This is a key area of growth for the firm, and as such, you will gain a significant amount of investment to market the practice and develop the department as you see fit.
You will be responsible for driving the newly established Employment team's growth and building on existing contacts to generate and increase revenue. Within a short period of time, once the Employment team is up and running in this office, you will be given full autonomy over building a team.
