The Role

Senior Corporate Solicitor / Knowledge Lawyer / PSL to join the team in London (This role can be either full-time or part-time based upon a minimum of 21 hours per week).

Supporting a team of 30 fee earners and working within an established Knowledge team, you'll give insight and guidance to those active in M&As, Buy-outs, PE, and VC, be it for entrepreneurs up to publicly-listed entities.

Day to day, the role entails monitoring trends, mitigating risk, aiding strategic development, delivering bespoke training and procedural changes and maintaining knowledge resources - a real mix.

The team is highly skilled, advising on cross-border, multi-jurisdiction matters and syndicated loans.

You will have a solid grasp of Banking law with significant experience in this practice area with the main focus of the role being on corporate debt and real estate finance.
