The Wills and Probate department is expanding in Bexleyheath, and the team are looking for Will Writers to join their team.


The position may suit an experienced Legal Secretary or Paralegal looking to progress in this area of law.


You will join the Wills and Probate team where you will engage with clients and promote the firm and "EasyWill" package. You will take instructions from clients enquiring about straightforward Wills and prepare these Wills in accordance with their instructions.

You will prepare the account for preparation of the Wills promptly to secure immediate settlement. All enquiries outside the scope of "EasyWill" will be referred to senior members of the team.

You will be an experienced Legal Secretary/Paralegal/Legal Assistant with experience working in a Wills and Probate departmentYou will have the confidence to meet with clients and take instructionsYou will have good interpersonal skills and a pleasant and courteous mannerYou must have a full driving licence as you may have to visit clients at their homes or other officesYou will have excellent IT skillsSalary is negotiable depending on experience with excellent benefits

Litigation Legal Secretary

Their services include 3D content creation, motion capture, design/installation, telepresence, digital resurrection and more. The Role

The company are looking for a Litigation Legal Secretary to join their company in North London starting as soon as possible until the hearing, scheduled for 8th-10th July.

Your role will include taking dictation of witness statements, typing up and correcting from my amendments, identifying documents in a 120,000 word doc time lines arranged chronologically, collating into a single bundle of between 100 - 150 pages, scanning hard copy documents printed out to form legal bundles, managing legal bundles for reproduction in specialist bundles shop located around Lincolns Inn, and assisting litigation barristers during the course of the arbitration.

There is a possibility that this role will be extended after the hearing, up to 6 months.
