Technology Lawyer - In-House

This international technology company is hiring a bilingual technology lawyer to join their growing APAC legal team based in Hong Kong to support some of the APAC regions including Hong Kong:

• Review, draft and negotiate technology agreements (hardware, software and services) which will include cloud/SAAS, managed services, processing terms and reseller channel/partner agreements
• Advise the business units on cybersecurity, data/privacy and regulatory matters in the APAC region
• Work closely with business units on technology transactional matters and liaise with subject matter experts as required
• Ensure improvements on the company's technology contract templates, playbooks and processes and deliver training as appropriate

To qualify, you will:

• A qualified lawyer admitted in Hong Kong, Singapore or another common law jurisdiction with at least 8+ PQE with TMT expertise particularly in reviewing/drafting technology contracts involving multiple jurisdictions.
• Native English level is required together with business level Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills is essential.
