With established Private Client, Court of Protection and Dispute Resolution teams, the firm has a strong platform from which to further develop its Private Wealth Disputes practice.

The Role:

This is an opportunity for an experienced contentious probate solicitor to join an established Private Wealth Disputes team at an important stage of its growth.

You will manage a varied caseload of private wealth disputes while having the opportunity to develop areas of specialist expertise and build a profile within the market.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates who can identify opportunities across areas such as charity and legacy disputes, international private wealth, trustees, estate and trust administration, and relationships with professional advisers.

The Candidate & Benefits:

• The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' PQE and strong experience in contentious probate and private wealth disputes.
• You will be technically strong, commercially minded and confident in developing client and professional relationships. The role would particularly suit someone who wants to move beyond simply managing a caseload and is motivated by the opportunity to develop a specialist practice and work towards partnership.
• Experience or established relationships within the charity and legacy sector, international private wealth, trustees, estate and trust administration or professional adviser networks would be advantageous but are not essential.
