A highly regarded regional firm is looking for a Corporate Senior Associate with 5+ PQE to join its highly regarded Legal 500-ranked team in Kent, working alongside one of the South East's leading corporate practitioners.

The Work

Forget routine regional transactions. This is sophisticated corporate work for ambitious businesses, entrepreneurs and international clients, including:

• M&A, share and asset sales and acquisitions
• Corporate restructuring and business exits
• Joint ventures and shareholders' agreements
• Corporate structuring and cross-border transactions
• Advising SMEs, start-ups, private clients and UK subsidiaries of multinational businesses

You'll enjoy direct client contact, ownership of significant transactions and the opportunity to build your own profile, backed by an established team with an excellent reputation.

About You

• 5+ years' PQE with strong corporate and M&A experience
• Trained or developed within a recognised regional or City firm
• Technically strong, commercially minded and confident advising clients
• Comfortable managing transactions and building client relationships
• Interested in business development and developing your own network
• Ready for greater responsibility and influence within a respected team
