A highly regarded regional law firm is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the appointment of an experienced Solicitor at mid to senior level.

This is more than simply joining an established department. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Surrey Partner, take ownership of quality commercial property matters and help shape the continued development of the local practice.

The existing team provides a strong platform, with support available from colleagues across its wider office network.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the supervision and development of junior lawyers, adding another dimension to the role.

What will you be doing?

• Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases and renewals.
• Working with investors, developers, landlords, tenants and business owners.
• Taking responsibility for transactions and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting the supervision and development of junior team members.
• Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the Surrey practice.

What are they looking for?

• A qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE gained in a similar regional firm.
• Ideally operating at mid to senior Associate level, although more senior candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Confident managing transactions with a good degree of autonomy.
• Experience supporting or supervising junior colleagues would be advantageous.
• Commercially minded, personable and interested in developing client relationships.
