An award-winning regional law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join its expanding team in Surrey.

Ideally suited to someone currently working within a regional firm, this is an opportunity to join a growing practice with an established client base, a varied workload and the scope to make a real contribution as the team develops.

The Role

You'll handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and renewals
• Commercial leases and property portfolio management
• Advising business owners, investors, landlords and tenants
• Building long-term relationships with clients and referrers

The team is deliberately small but growing, offering the chance to work closely with colleagues, take responsibility for your own matters and have a visible impact on the development of the practice.

You'll have the support of experienced lawyers when needed, alongside the autonomy to manage your caseload and strengthen client relationships.

About You

• A Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE
• Ideally from a regional law firm in Surrey or the wider South East
• Confident managing a varied commercial property caseload independently
• Commercially minded, with strong technical skills and client care
• Interested in contributing to the growth of a team and developing lasting client relationships
