The Role:

The firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor / Partner to join its Corporate team and play a key role in its ongoing growth.

This is a strategic hire focused on expansion, with responsibility for developing client relationships, driving new business, and helping to build out the department over time.

You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers, including multiple Legal 500-ranked practitioners and Heads of Department, within a well-established Corporate team.

The Candidate & Benefits:

• Senior Corporate Solicitor or Partner with strong private company M&A experience
• Exposure to a complementary area (e.g. commercial, IP, banking, VC/PE)
• Experience advising entrepreneurs, SMEs, and international clients
• Comfortable with £5m-£10m+ transactions
• Strong business development and network-building ability
• Experience mentoring and developing junior lawyers
