The Opportunity

You'll join an established residential property team, managing a varied caseload of quality work with the support of experienced colleagues around you.

Your work will include:

• Residential sales and purchases, both freehold and leasehold
• Shared ownership transactions
• New build developments
• Re-mortgages
• A broad range of residential property matters

The firm takes a quality-focused approach, with manageable caseloads, a fixed-fee structure and a genuinely collaborative team environment. You'll have the autonomy to manage your files while knowing support is readily available when you need it.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner
• A strong technical understanding of residential conveyancing
• Confident client management and excellent communication skills
• The ability to organise and manage a busy caseload effectively
• A team-focused approach and an appreciation of long-term client relationships
