A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to join its Sevenoaks office.

You will initially work closely with an experienced member of the team, providing support on a varied residential property caseload while developing your own technical knowledge and taking on greater responsibility as you settle into the role.

What will you be doing?

• Assisting with residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion.
• Working across freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Supporting the progression of files and keeping clients updated throughout.
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Preparing documentation and ensuring transactions progress efficiently.
• Building confidence and taking on increasing responsibility as your experience develops.

What are they looking for?

• Previous experience within a residential conveyancing team.
• Applications welcomed from NQ-2 PQE Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals.
• A good understanding of the residential property process.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A personable approach with a genuine commitment to client service.
