Residential Property Solicitor | 3+ Years PQE | Poole, Dorset
Looking for your next move in residential property? Join a well-established regional firm with strong local roots, a respected reputation and a genuine focus on quality client service.
This is an opportunity to join a supportive residential property team in Poole, Dorset, handling a varied caseload of quality transactions rather than working in a high-volume conveyancing environment.
You'll work alongside experienced property lawyers, with the autonomy to manage your own files and the opportunity to play a bigger role in the team. If you're ready to build on your experience, support junior colleagues and take the next step in your career, this could be the move you're looking for.
The role
You'll manage your own residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Lease extensions, transfers of equity and remortgages.
- Providing clear, practical advice and building strong client relationships.
- Taking ownership of transactions while collaborating with experienced colleagues.
- Supporting junior fee earners and conveyancing support staff.
- Getting involved in networking and developing the firm's local profile.
What you'll bring
You'll be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years' residential property experience, confident managing a caseload independently and handling transactions with minimal supervision.
You'll have strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain complex matters in straightforward terms. Just as importantly, you'll understand the value of a personal, responsive service and enjoy building lasting relationships with clients.
What's on offer?
- Competitive salary and bonus.
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Contributory pension and life assurance.
- Health cash plan.
- Hybrid working following probation.
- A supportive team environment with genuine opportunities for career progression.
- A firm that values integrity, collaboration and work-life balance.
If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, develop your career and be part of a well-regarded local team, apply now for a confidential discussion.
