An established regional law firm with over a century of history is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join its team in Sutton, Surrey.

The Role

You'll manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion and post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Lease extensions and related matters
• First registrations and Land Registry work

You'll work directly with clients, estate agents and brokers, building relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. You'll also have the opportunity to support junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

About You

• 5+ years' PQE in residential property
• Confident managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Commercially aware, organised and comfortable with case management systems
• Looking for a long-term role with scope to develop your career
