Senior Associate | Residential Property | Tunbridge Wells, Kent
High-value work | Clear route to Partnership | Leadership opportunity | Hybrid working (2 days p/w in the office)
Ready for a role that could genuinely take you to Partnership?
If you're an established residential property lawyer handling high-value transactions and ready for greater influence, this is an opportunity to step up within a highly regarded regional firm with a strong reputation across the South East.
The firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join its established Tunbridge Wells team, offering the chance to lead by example, shape the department and build a clear pathway towards future Partnership.
The Opportunity
This isn't volume conveyancing. You'll work with high-net-worth clients on premium residential property transactions, with the quality of work and senior responsibility to match.
Your role will include:
- High-value freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Complex residential transactions for HNW clients
- Registered and unregistered title matters
- Mentoring junior lawyers and support staff
- Maintaining technical standards and best practice
- Developing client relationships and contributing to the team's growth
You'll have the support of an established team and efficient systems, alongside the autonomy to make your mark.
Why This Role?
Partnership is a realistic prospect, making this an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer who wants more than a lateral move.
You'll join a respected team handling quality work, with the scope to develop your leadership skills, strengthen your client following and play a meaningful role in the department's future.
Hybrid working (likely 2 days p/w in the office), a collaborative culture and a sensible approach to work-life balance, and this offers a compelling next step for an ambitious senior property lawyer.

- Senior Associate-level Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience within a recognised regional or London based firm
- Strong track record handling high-value residential transactions

- Ambitious to progress towards Partnership
What's on Offer?
- High-quality, high-value residential property work
- Clear progression and potential Partnership prospects
- Genuine leadership and mentoring responsibility
- Established client base and respected market position
- Hybrid working and supportive colleagues
- Long-term opportunity to influence the team's direction
