The Role:

This is an opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Associate with 2-5+ years PQE to join an established and expanding team.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising borrowers and lenders on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including acquisitions, investments, developments and refinancings.
• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security and ancillary documentation, and managing transactions through to completion.
• Working collaboratively with real estate, construction, corporate and tax teams, as well as offshore counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Developing strong relationships with clients and professional advisers, while supporting business development through pitches, events, thought leadership and industry groups.
• Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the Real Estate Finance practice.
