Property Litigation Associate | 2+ PQE | Poundbury, Dorset

Join a growing Legal 500 team, work alongside an established Senior Associate and play a key role in the continued development of its property litigation practice.

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm with a strong presence across the South Coast is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate (2+ PQE) into its expanding team in Poundbury, Dorset.

This is a genuine growth opportunity following the successful arrival of a Senior Associate at the beginning of 2026, who has already generated a significant amount of new work. Having recently invested in additional paralegal support, the firm is now looking for another solicitor to provide further capacity and work alongside the Senior Associate as the team continues to grow.

The Role

You'll handle a varied caseload of commercial property disputes, advising businesses, landowners, developers and commercial landlords.

Matters will include:

• Commercial lease disputes, forfeiture and rent recovery.
• Dilapidations and business lease renewals.
• Easements, rights of way and boundary disputes.
• Property ownership and landlord and tenant issues.
• Wider commercial property and real estate litigation.

You'll benefit from direct client contact, genuine responsibility and the opportunity to develop your experience alongside an established and supportive colleague.

The Candidate

Ideally, you'll have 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Property Litigation, be commercially minded and enjoy building lasting client relationships. There is an existing workload and client base providing a strong platform to develop.
