The Firm:

An established London law firm, founded with over 50 years heritage and based in the West-End, with a further office in North London. With around 40 people, including approximately 14 Partners and Directors, the firm offers a broad legal service while retaining the feel of a close-knit practice.

Property is a significant part of the firm's work, alongside commercial and property litigation, corporate and commercial, employment, IP/IT and private client. Its clients range from individuals and owner-managed businesses to developers, property investors, established companies and international organisations.

The culture is traditional, personable and relationship-led. Within the disputes team, lawyers are supported by experienced colleagues while being trusted with the autonomy to manage their own matters.

The Role:

This firm is seeking a 3+ PQE Solicitor with broad experience across property & commercial Litigation

The caseload is currently around 70% property litigation and 30% commercial litigation, although there is scope for this to become increasingly balanced over time.

You will primarily act for developers, landlords and commercial tenants on property disputes, while also gaining exposure to a growing commercial litigation practice. The firm is particularly interested in someone who wants to develop beyond a purely property-focused practice and take on increasingly complex commercial disputes.

The team is open to candidates whose experience is weighted towards either property or commercial litigation, provided they have exposure to both and a genuine interest in broadening their practice.
