The firm is now looking to strengthen its London team with an experienced Litigation Solicitor who wants to take the next step in their career.

The Role:

This is a varied litigation position with a strong focus on Property & Commercial Litigation.

You will have genuine responsibility for your own caseload, working closely with partners on complex and high-value disputes. The work will include landlord and tenant disputes, commercial forfeiture, lease renewals, rent reviews, service charge disputes and wider real property matters.

Alongside this, you will handle commercial disputes including shareholder and joint venture disputes, insolvency matters and complex business litigation.

There is also scope to become increasingly involved in business development and help grow the department, making this a role where your contribution can extend well beyond fee-earning.
