A highly regarded and entrepreneurial Surrey firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join its growing team in Farnham.

The Role

This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running. You'll take ownership of an established caseload and deal directly with clients across:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts and tax matters
• Court of Protection work
• General private client advisory work

You'll be trusted to manage your matters with minimal supervision, while having experienced Partners and colleagues around you when you need them.

The team is deliberately close-knit, giving you genuine visibility and involvement rather than feeling like another fee-earner within a large department.

About You

• 4+ years' PQE in Private Client
• Strong experience across wills, probate, trusts and estate administration
• Able to manage a caseload confidently with minimal supervision
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercial, practical and proactive
• Someone who can make an immediate contribution to the team
