The Role

You'll manage your own claimant caseload, handling a varied mix of:

• Employers' and public liability claims
• Road traffic accident claims
• Clinical negligence and medical negligence matters
• Fast-track and multi-track litigation

The team combines a strong regional reputation with experience in complex, high-value claims. You'll have the opportunity to build your technical expertise, take responsibility for your files and work closely with experienced lawyers who are invested in your development.

About You

• A Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 2+ PQE
• Experience handling claimant litigation, ideally across EL/PL, RTA or clinical negligence
• Confident managing a caseload and communicating with clients
• A proactive, organised lawyer who takes pride in delivering quality work
• Keen to develop technically and progress within a supportive team
