The Role:

A broad, hands-on Corporate Paralegal position supporting partners and lawyers across corporate, commercial, and finance matters.

Work will include:

• Supporting M&A and restructuring transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing NDAs, SPAs, and shareholder agreements.
• Managing due diligence, data rooms, and completion deliverables.
• Assisting on finance documents and company filings.
• Conducting AML checks and compliance tasks.
• You'll gain early responsibility and direct exposure to clients and partners.
