The Opportunity

• Manage your own substantial caseload of defended litigation and asset recovery
• Act for major finance houses, banks, and lenders on complex debt recovery
• Progress litigation from pre-issue through to enforcement
• Draft pleadings, evidence, and court documentation
• Advise on strategy and commercial approach
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development

About You

• Litigation Solicitor with 3+ PQE
• Strong background in Consumer Credit, Asset Finance or Defended Litigation
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Excellent client communication and commercial mindset
• Able to mentor colleagues and contribute to team development
