The Role

As a Legal Transformation Manager, you'll work closely with legal teams and clients to identify smarter ways of delivering legal services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting legal transformation and innovation projects from initial concept through to implementation.
• Helping embed Generative AI and legal technology into day-to-day legal practice.
• Identifying opportunities to improve legal processes and service delivery.
• Designing more efficient legal workflows and alternative delivery models.
• Supporting client legal operations and transformation programmes.
• Working closely with Partners, lawyers and business services teams to deliver meaningful change.
• Contributing to innovation initiatives, thought leadership and the firm's continued growth in the legal technology space.

About You

You'll already have experience within Legal Operations, Legal Transformation or Legal Innovation, either in private practice or an in-house legal team.

Whether you're a qualified solicitor looking to move into innovation, or you've developed your career in legal operations or project delivery, you'll have a genuine interest in improving the way legal services are delivered.
You'll also bring:

• Around two years' experience supporting legal transformation or innovation projects.
• An understanding of Generative AI, legal technology and workflow automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative approach and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
