Legal Counsel

This fast expanding online platform is hiring a legal counsel to provide legal support to the business units to:

• Review and negotiate contracts including terms and conditions and other third party contracts

• Research regulatory updates across different jurisdictions that the platform operates to ensure compliance and provide guidelines to business units

• Provide internal training to business units regarding regulatory and legal updates

To qualify, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

• Solicitor with 2-3 PQE qualified in a common law jurisdiction with international law firm experience

• Top tier communication, analytical and multi-tasking skills as well as fluency in both English and Mandarin. Cantonese is advantageous
