The Practice

• The team advises an impressive client base including FTSE listed businesses, major public sector organisations, fast-growth companies and senior executives.
• The work is broad, varied and consistently high quality, including:
• Strategic advisory and complex employment support
• Large scale restructures and workforce transformation projects
• Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
• Sensitive investigations and senior employee issues
• Cross-border employment and global mobility matters
• Large scale DSARs and regulatory matters

Senior Associates within the team are given significant responsibility and exposure, working closely with respected Partners and senior stakeholders across a range of sectors. There is a strong emphasis on collaboration, client relationships and developing lawyers into future leaders within the practice.

The Bristol office works closely alongside the wider national employment group, particularly London and Edinburgh, giving lawyers access to sophisticated, large-scale matters while retaining a collaborative and approachable culture locally.
