If you're an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor looking for greater exposure to international clients, this is an opportunity to join a growing London firm with an unusually strong multinational client base.

The practice advises businesses ranging from UK start-ups through to major global organisations, with the firm having acted for more than 50 Fortune Global 500 companies. You'll join at Senior Associate level, handling a broad mix of transactional and commercial work while developing direct relationships with sophisticated international clients.

The Firm
This is a full-service commercial law firm with a particularly strong focus on international businesses operating and investing in the UK.

The firm has advised more than 600 international and multinational companies, including over 50 Fortune Global 500 organisations. It has particular strength advising businesses headquartered across the Asia-Pacific region, alongside a broader client base of UK and international companies.

Its clients operate across a diverse range of sectors, including technology, logistics, travel, real estate development and manufacturing.

Alongside Corporate and Commercial, the wider firm advises across Employment, Dispute Resolution, Immigration, Property and HR, providing clients with a broad UK legal service and creating opportunities for collaboration across practice areas.

The Role
You will join the Corporate & Commercial team as a Senior Associate, advising UK and international businesses across a broad range of transactional and commercial matters.

On the Corporate side, the practice advises on M&A, strategic investments, capital raising, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, private equity funding, restructurings and corporate governance.

The Commercial practice provides further variety, with work including domestic and cross-border supply, distribution, agency and manufacturing agreements, terms and conditions, service and consultancy agreements and other bespoke commercial arrangements.

You will take responsibility for your own matters and work directly with clients, providing practical and commercially focused advice rather than operating purely as part of a larger transaction team.

The international nature of the client base is central to the role. You will regularly advise overseas businesses on their UK activities, giving you exposure to cross-border considerations and the commercial challenges facing multinational organisations operating in the UK.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 7+ years' PQE
• Strong Corporate and Commercial experience
• Experience advising on M&A and wider corporate transactions
• Comfortable drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Able to manage matters and client relationships with a high degree of autonomy
• Strong academics and technical legal ability
• Commercially minded with a practical approach to legal advice
• Confident advising sophisticated corporate clients and senior stakeholders
• International or cross-border experience would be advantageous
• Stable career history demonstrating meaningful development within previous firms
