Looking for a senior role where you can work closely with clients, handle varied corporate and commercial matters, and play a meaningful part in a growing practice?

A respected regional law firm in Orpington, Kent, is looking to strengthen its Corporate & Commercial team with an experienced Solicitor with 5+ PQE. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with a loyal client base, strong referral networks and a reputation for delivering commercially focused legal advice.

The Role

Working alongside experienced Partners and commercially minded colleagues, you'll advise a diverse range of clients, from owner-managed businesses and sole traders to larger companies, charities, schools and other organisations.

Your caseload will span a broad range of corporate and commercial work, including:

• Business sales and acquisitions
• Mergers and corporate transactions
• Commercial contracts and agreements
• Distribution agreements
• General commercial and business advisory matters

You'll handle matters of varying complexity and value, with the autonomy to manage your own work while collaborating with colleagues on more complex transactions.

The firm values practical, commercially astute advice and long-term client relationships. You'll have the opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, contribute to the team's continued growth and develop your own profile within the practice.

About You

• A Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 5+ PQE
• Strong experience in corporate law, commercial law or a combination of both
• Currently operating at Senior Associate, Senior Solicitor or equivalent level
• Commercially minded, technically strong and confident advising business clients
• Keen to take on greater responsibility and progress your career
