A growing Top 100 law firm is looking to add a Corporate Solicitor at 1-3 PQE to its Bristol team.
This is a particularly good time to join the practice. The firm is developing rapidly, creating clear opportunities for progression and giving lawyers the chance to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the team.

The corporate practice advises a broad range of clients including businesses, investors, founders and management teams, with work spanning M&A, private equity, venture capital, reorganisations and general corporate advisory. There is also good exposure to both UK and cross-border transactions.

The Bristol team forms part of a wider corporate practice across multiple offices, giving you access to a strong network of experienced lawyers while still working within a close-knit local team.
For someone at 1-3 PQE, there is genuine scope to develop your technical experience, take on more responsibility and build your profile as the team continues to grow. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners and have the opportunity to get involved in quality transactions across a range of sectors.

The ideal candidate will have some experience within a corporate team, including exposure to M&A and ideally private equity and/or venture capital work. You should be commercially minded, technically strong and keen to take the next step in your development.
