Corporate Associate - Based in Dubai

A growing Middle Eastern regional law firm is seeking two Corporate Associates to join its Dubai office.

The positions will involve secondments to multinational corporations, where you will work on-site alongside established legal teams, providing practical advice across corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.

You will advise on areas including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, data privacy, cyber-security, employment, licensing and general commercial matters.

You will ideally have:

• 5+ years' PQE and a law degree from a reputable university
• Strong corporate and commercial experience
• UAE regulatory experience, particularly relating to physical products
• Working knowledge of at least one UAE data protection regime
• Experience of regulatory compliance, data privacy, cyber-security and licensing matters
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Arabic language skills are highly advantageous
• Reputable law firm and/or in-house experience
• The right to work in the UAE
