The Role & The Work
From large-scale property developments to major energy and infrastructure schemes, this opportunity offers a Construction Lawyer the chance to advise on projects with significant commercial value and practical impact. You will join an established, L500 ranked Construction team handling complex non-contentious matters for a broad client base, with work extending across the UK.
Your caseload will include the construction elements of property development and regeneration projects, covering development agreements, building contracts, bonds and guarantees, and professional appointments. You will also advise on engineering and infrastructure projects, particularly in the energy sector, with exposure to technologies including onshore wind, hydro, battery storage and solar.
From the outset, you will work alongside developers, contractors, public sector bodies, funders and consultants, gaining insight into the different priorities and commercial considerations that shape each project. Based in Glasgow, you will have the opportunity to take on complex matters, build trusted client relationships and contribute to the team's wider business development.
