Construction Litigation Associate

A leading international law firm is hiring a Construction Litigation Associate to join its Singapore practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes in Singapore and across the wider Asia region.

The role will involve:

• Advising on contentious construction and engineering matters
• Acting on litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution matters
• Handling contractual disputes and claims arising from major projects
• Working with clients, counsel and experts on complex disputes
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions

The ideal candidate will have:

• Common law qualification with 2-4 PQE
• Strong contentious construction litigation or arbitration experience gained with a leading law firm
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• A commercial and pragmatic approach
