An established regional law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (3-6 PQE) to join in Southampton.

You'll work with a varied client base, including national retailers, leisure operators, developers and private clients, giving you exposure to interesting transactions and the chance to develop your expertise across the commercial property market.

What Could Your Next Role Look Like?

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, build trusted client relationships and work alongside experienced colleagues on more complex transactions.

Your work will include:

• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and portfolio management.
• Commercial and mixed-use development agreements and conditional contracts.
• Acquisitions and disposals, including corporate and portfolio transactions.
• Options, promotion agreements and overage arrangements.
• Advising developers, businesses and private clients on a range of property matters.

You'll also have the chance to collaborate with other teams, contribute to business development and gain experience supervising junior colleagues.
