The Firm:

A highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm with a strong reputation across Real Estate, Finance and Private Wealth is continuing to grow its Real Estate offering and is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team.

The firm acts for a sophisticated client base that includes HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, developers, investors and financial institutions, with its Real Estate team advising on billions of pounds worth of property matters each year. The Commercial Property team works closely with clients on significant and often complex property matters, providing an environment where lawyers can develop technically while gaining genuine exposure to high-quality work and sophisticated clients.

The Role:

This is an opportunity for a Commercial Property Associate with around 2 years' PQE to join an established and expanding team.

You will act for a prestigious and diverse client base, including major London estates, property companies, private investors, developers and family offices, advising across a broad range of commercial property matters.

Your work will include landlord and tenant matters, managed office and asset management work, alongside involvement in investment acquisitions and disposals, property finance transactions and development projects.

You will work closely with colleagues across the wider Property department and have the opportunity to build experience across a varied portfolio of commercial, residential and mixed-use property matters. As the team's portfolio management practice continues to develop, there is also scope to work alongside leading estate owners and investors on longer-term property strategies.

The Candidate & Benefits:

• The firm is looking for an ambitious Commercial Property lawyer with around 2 years' PQE who is keen to continue developing their technical expertise and take on greater responsibility.
• You will ideally have a strong grounding in commercial property work and be comfortable dealing with matters such as landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals and asset management. Exposure to property finance or development work would be advantageous, but the key is a genuine interest in developing a broad commercial property practice.
• The successful candidate will be technically strong, commercially minded and confident when dealing with clients and colleagues.
