Bilingual (English/Mandarin) Corporate Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international law firm as a corporate associate for their equity capital markets practice. This key role will:

• Provide legal support for fast growing companies in their cross-jurisdictional IPO listings and public company M&A transactions (both Hong Kong and US)
• Ensure regulatory compliance and deal adeptly with regulatory enquiries as required

To qualify, you should have the following attributes:

• Equity capital markets experience including initial public offerings and public company M&A with US/HK combined exposure with ideally 2-4 years' PQE
• Excellent communication, client and administrative skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential
