An excellent opportunity for an NQ-3 PQE Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Private Property team in Cheltenham, working within a wider Private Client practice that advises some of the region's most interesting private clients and families.

This is a particularly good opportunity for a generalist property lawyer who wants to move away from high-volume transactional work and develop a more specialist practice.

The team advises HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees, charities, private banks and investment companies across a broad range of property matters. There is also the opportunity to develop experience in landed estates, agricultural and rural property, making this an attractive role for someone with an interest in this area or keen to build expertise in it.

The opportunity

You will work closely with experienced lawyers on a varied caseload, gaining exposure to high-quality property work while developing your own client relationships and technical expertise.
The role would suit someone who is:

• NQ-3 PQE and qualified in England & Wales
• A solid generalist Property Solicitor with good technical foundations
• Interested in developing a career within Private Property / Private Client
• Ideally experienced in, or interested in, landed estates, agricultural or rural property
• Commercially minded and confident dealing directly with clients
• Looking for a supportive, collegiate team where development is taken seriously
