The role:

Opportunity for an established Restructuring Senior Associate 5+ years PQE seeking a varied and interesting diet of work with one of Manchester's leading teams.

The position will primarily focus on non-contentious, transactional, and advisory tasks, with an emphasis on activities such as loan portfolio sales and acquisitions. Additionally, it encompasses a wide range of corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, spanning from debt restructurings to business sales and purchases.

While the role predominantly involves non-contentious work, there are opportunities for the successful candidate to engage in contentious matters with key clients. It's noteworthy that applicants with substantial experience in loan portfolio sales and acquisitions will be considered, even if they lack prior experience in restructuring or insolvency.
