The Role

Client service is at the heart of their ethos, they believe in providing the personal touch, and they have many client tools which enable them to deliver excellent service, this practice is ahead of the curve when it comes to service and relationship building.

You will act on the behalf of the firm's diverse clientele in non-contentious matters revolving around accelerated M&A and corporate advisory matters.

You will support exciting projects in the following areas:

• National and local restructuring accountants, turnaround specialists, insolvency practitioners and restructuring advisors
• Boards of directors and regulatory bodies
• UHNW clients within the regarded Corporate Department.

Requirements:

• You will be a Restructuring Solicitor with 2-4 Years of PQE

• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• You should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid client relationships
• Core transactional skills in corporate, banking and insolvency, with a desire to take the next step in their career in the turnaround space.
