The role:

Outstanding opportunity for an established Regulatory Lawyer with the drive and ambition to spearhead a leading Commercial and Private Client Litigation practice in Manchester.

The role will entail advising commercial clients on a range of regulatory matters and building a strong following for the firm. You will be developing an existing litigation team and developing their existing skills and practices.

You will manage a team with a varied workload, so experience in any of the following areas will be advantageous:

• Health, Safety and Environment;
• Product compliance and labelling;
• ESG;
• Modern Slavery;
• Food Hygiene;
• Care home regulation and compliance;
• Traffic Commissioner Public Inquiries;
• Inquests and Inquiries.

• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
• An individual who is pragmatic, and displays excellent client skills looking to build their career and the department
