The role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to springboard their career by joining a Business Crime & Regulatory Team within a Top 100 Law firm

This firm's Fraud department holds Top Tier status in the L-500 and Chambers working on the biggest investigations and Prosecutions nationally.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate; an exhaustive knowledge of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act, prepare cases at various levels of courts, and take on advocacy and support fee earners advising at Police Stations for a variety of cases.

You will be required to cover police stations, attend Courts and prepare for Crown Court Cases.

Ideal Candidate

• In-depth knowledge of the PACE act
• Experience in Police misconduct would be beneficial
• Tenacious individual keen to propel their career
• Team player able to work closely with fee earners whilst be responsible for your own workload.
